Starting my jouney

I believe I can start a personal journal, so why not? Possibly due to not really knowing where to begin. Maybe it is even the confusion of what sort of journal to start.  With so many ways to start, finding the best way to start is not easy. So I try a few different journal types first to discover which personal diary suits me best. When I started journaling, I think about where to start, how to start and even what to write about. I also think to myself whether I should do it on a paper journal or in a crafted book or an online journal. boy, I am really overcomplicate it. In fact, I even tried to start a few times before but wasn't easy to stayed committed. But will keep trying, I believe I stayed committed this time is that I write my journal by hand. I also know why I keep a journal and I see the health benefits it provides.
